I didn't get my confirmation or password reset email. Check your spam folder, then wait a few minutes and try again. Still nothing? Email us from the address you signed up with.
How do I get a copy of my data? Settings > Data > Export. You can download a spreadsheet or a full backup file.
How do I delete my account? Settings > Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and everything in it are permanently removed.
How do I reset my password? In the app, tap Continue with Email, then Forgot password?. We'll email you a code. Type it into the app, then choose a new password (it has to be different from your current one). The code works once and expires in 1 hour.
How do I switch to meters and Celsius? Settings > Units > Metric. Every screen switches, including past sessions.
Why does the app ask for my location? Only to list the surf spots nearest you when you log a session. It stays on your phone and isn't saved or shared. You can say no and pick spots by hand.
Is my journal private? Yes. Only you can see what you log. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
